Other than returns under warranty, if you choose to return a product that has already shipped or has been received,
the following would apply: You would be responsible for the shipping, handling & packing costs of the product to and
from your location as well as a 20% restocking fee for the full amount of the original invoice. We will credit your account
the balance, minus these charges once the equipment has been received back to Scooter Link, Inc. in its original condition
and in the original box. Any product or products returned must be authorized by Scooter Link, Inc. and have a return
authorization number provided by Scooter Link, Inc.
We do not take any returns on custom orders, parts or accessories, reclining lift chairs, manual wheelchairs, scooter or wheelchair vehicle lifts and ramps, cushions or mattresses, orders under $500 or products delivered more than 10 days prior to the refund request. We also do not take returns on products containing accessories which have been installed as per customer's request. In addition, we do not take any returns on any product shipped out of the continental United States. It is our goal to make sure your needs are filled and that you have chosen the right product before we ship anything to you.
A return authorization request must be submitted to Scooter Link, Inc. via the Contact Us form on our site within 10 days of delivery of the product. Once you receive a return authorization from Scooter Link, Inc. for the product that the return authorization was issued for, this product must be received by Scooter Link, Inc. within 10 days. Any return must have the return authorization number on the box and clearly printed on a page inserted inside the return shipment.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a return authorization number from Scooter Link, Inc. The authorization number will be emailed or mailed to you if you do not have email available.
