Other than returns under warranty, if you choose to return a product that you have received, the following would apply: You would be responsible for the shipping & handling of the product to and from your location at your expense, as well as a 20% restocking fee for the full amount of the original invoice. We will credit your account the balance, minus the shipping & restocking fees, once the equipment has been returned in its original condition and in the original box. Any product or products returned must be authorized by Scooter Link, Inc. and have a return authorization number provided by Scooter Link, Inc. Sorry, we cannot take any returns on custom orders, orders with products that have installed accessories that you requested, orders under $500 or products that you have had for over 10 days. In addition, we do not take any returns on any product shipped out of the continental United States.
